Changing date—does my dress still work?

Hello, I just found out I am five weeks pregnant. I originally chose a dress that I could use 5-6 months pregnant as we had planned to start trying prior to the wedding on March 6th. It is still cold and sometimes snows in Nashville in early March. I do not feel confident or comfortable showing my arms. I like long sleeve. If we switch to end of September do you think this dress can still work? Not sure if ceremony will be outdoor or indoor. I am attaching picture of wedding dress with a pillow stuffed to show how it could look pregnant. It is a somewhat heavy beaded dress from David’s Bridal. Thanks!
