Anyone know where I can get charger plates for really cheap--- like $.50 a piece?

You will be hard pressed to get them for $.50. I am selling some used for $1.50 and I have gotten a lot of bites because the lowest they tend to go are $1.99. However, last year, Target sold the in boxes of 4 for $5. Good luck.

The lowest i have ever seen any were around $2 / each. . . and that is to buy or rent . . . also tricky to get any on like ebay / etc because then you run into shipping and they will be heavy . . . hmmmm....

I got mine for 4/$2 on holiday clearance last year from Walmart. We only needed 60 (and ended up not using half of them). It was total luck, but I haven't seen any cheaper at any point, any where.

I wish it was after Christmas for you... I got mine last year for 4/$1.25. Keep an eye out for 50% off coupons at Michaels and check craigslist.

$1.99 at Michaels (and then use a 50% off coupon) was the cheapest I have seen them.

If you have an old time pottery nearby, you might look there. They have lots of different items and usually have really good sales. If you can, check the Thanksgiving and after Thanksgiving sale. Things are dirt cheap then. Hobby Lobby and Michaels are always good too!

You can try finding a company that will rent them to you for around that price. There are a few where I am (Arizona) that have them for that price plus delivery.
