One of the reasons I love my tiny weddings is that everyone really does know each other or has the desire to meet everyone else. They talk to the people in the corners and leave knowing the couple even better. I know it sounds corny, but it's so wonderful.

No. Yuck. It's sad how attached people are to phones. Charge it before you leave your house. Phones have come a long way and most batteries last a long time. This isn't your problem.

I'm with Celia. How about enjoying the company around you for a few hours. Your email and Facebook can wait.

We had a hashtag and most people waited until the reception was over to post their photos with their hashtag. All 10 of them. I hang with a crowd that love their phones like their children, however at the wedding they were almost completely non-existent. If they need a charge that bad, they can go power up in their cars!

We had a wedding hashtag as well and had over 200 plus guest photos as a result, but folks were posting the morning after the wedding into the next day, not during. Don't think it's necessary...

This is so God awful...I had no idea.
