Hello WW Forums! I need your help in finding a cheaper makeup and hair stylist for my fiancé. She really doesn't even want the hair/makeup, but I would love to pamper her for the day so she comes out perfect. She never gets her hair done and does not do salons (she is a bun/pony tail girl).
In light of this, I have been inquiring/looking around and have received several quotes. For both trial and wedding day (hair + makeup), I am getting quoted around $800-$1000... That is just way more than we both expected and it's making me not want to do this anymore since she's not really into the idea anyways. The average is roughly around $400-$500 per day just for hair and makeup (not including bridesmaids, bride only).
Anyways, does anyone have any connections or people they can recommend in the San Francisco bay area we could reach out to? In or outside of San Francisco is fine. I am not trying to be cheap, but 1 grand for the bride alone seems excessive... Thoughts on this? I appreciate your time, and thanks for reading!
