Cheap slip?? Hoops??? Lol Help please!

I was given the idea that my dress came with a built in hoop, it doesn't. So now I need to find a poofy slip but honestly can't afford one from a bridal store. Does anyone know where I could find a cheap slip? Also has anyone worn a hooped one? Is it hard to sit, like does it flip your dress up??...

    I got mine from lightinthebox.com. It's a hoop skirt. Perfect and only about $20.
