Cheap sparklers in bulk

I've seen them at some party stores, not sure where you're from or what stores you have nearby, but places such as Party City and Zurchers usually have them near their wedding items. You may have to buy a few bundles since I'm unsure of how many are in a pack.

Edit: they also have them on their online sites.

I feel like I wouldn't want to go the cheap route when it comes to objects my guests will hold that are lit on fire and spit sparks

Definitely get wedding sparklers. They are different than regular firework sparklers. Also, I wouldn't count on needing one for every invitee. You will have some declines, you will have some leave early, not all parents will let their kids hold one, not all adults will want one, etc.
