Cheap vase fillers

Oh, that looks nice. Do you think you can use them low with candles?

I was wondering if you could do that with water in the vases and then float candles on top???

So apparently adding water is a no no as it causes the beans to swell.... should have known!

We used coffee beans in ours...not quite so cheap, but cheaper than a lot of other fillers I saw, and it smelled AWESOME. AND we burned vanilla-scented tealights because we always drink vanilla lattes. We thought we were so clever, lol.

I can totally see people not paying attention and popping one in their mouth thinking they are candy. Esp the way they are presented in the pintrest pic.

With a candle on top, do you think it would be okay and maybe they would realize it is NOT meant to be eaten?

That's very pretty and yes, just put a candle on top and people will know not to eat it. Great way to tie all of your neon colors together!

OR - here's another thought - you could take a few stems of the gerbera daisies and stick them in the beans. The beans will keep them upright and would make a great centerpiece!

I think what I will do is put a few gerbera daisies into the taller vases and candles in the 2 shorter vases on each table!

How expensive is spray paint? Scares me a bit!

Those are great! Paint isn't to bad if you don't get the name brand. Just don't get the ones for $1.27 at the Dollar Store. It takes twice as much as the more expensive kind. They do have another brand for 2 something which is MUCH better. One coat and it's done.
