Cheap/affordable venues Pittsburgh

I am just recently engaged and plan on getting married November 2020 on our 3rd anniversary I know it’s a short amount of time but anyways I’m looking for venues that allow you to bring your own caterer and bring your own alcohol and that is relatively cheap venue it’s for under $1,000 we just recently December 2019 had a baby we were suppose to get married November 2019 but I was 9 months pregnant lol we are trying to have a super budget friendly wedding
