There's a place/website literally called Paper Lantern Store. I recall looking at them for a bit, they seemed pretty inexpensive.

Like others have said, try Oriental Trading Co! I like them. Or, Amazon, they have paper lanterns too.

Oriental Trading is a really inexpensive site, but also make sure paper lanterns are legal where you are. I know some towns/states have been banning them because they can cause fires.
