Calling all Chicago Brides, help! Any insight into indoor photography locations and photography permit information? There's a 50% chance of rain right now for my wedding so I want to have some back up locations but am having trouble finding clear information on if permits are necessary at some locations or how to even go about getting them. I know union station requires one but we probably won't go there anyways as it's under construction. I was thinking of the Harold Washington Library or Navy Pier garden as options. Thoughts? Experiences?

Hey Anna! Welcome to WeddingWire--I'm so happy you're here so we can help you with any wedding planning details needed!
I have been looking through our discussion forums to see if any other married folks mentioned the locations you've listed, but am only finding mention of outdoor locations such as state parks and such. My advice would be to just call the locations and ask them directly if the information you're finding online doesn't seem to give you a clear answer! I'm keeping my eyes peeled for any advice from our other members for you!

Hey Anna!! Did you end up having to use some of your indoor photo locations? There's a WeddingWire community member who I think is in the Chicago area looking for places indoors to take her pictures now, just in case! Maybe you could find her discussion and help her out!
