Chicago Brides!

I have a vision for a somewhat minimal yet vibrant and joyful floral theme (see attached photo). Does anyone have recommendations for how to do this for under $2500? The florists I've been finding how have something like this in their portfolio won't deliver and set up for less than $4000.
