Chicago places open

Hi ladies,
My fiancé and I have decided we’re going to do a small ceremony with just our parents on June 27th in chicago in case we cannot have our dream wedding in September because of the pandemic. We are at peace with the decision but I can’t find anywhere that is open in chicago for a good ceremony location. The church we attend meets in a school so we cannot go there. My dream is to do the ceremony on a rooftop north of the city but we haven’t been able to find anywhere open. Additionally I’m considering parks and other outdoor locations but I don’t want it to be a place where tons of people will stop and stare. With our parents, pastor and friend/photographer there will be 8 of us. Any suggestions are appreciated!
