Cinderella/fairytale/disney Themed Wedding

Talia, on October 23, 2018 at 10:29 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 12

I want to keep the theme going since i got engaged at Magic Kingdom at Cinderella's Castle. Plus I've always dreamed of having a fairytale wedding. Are any of you guys doing the same? Anyone been to a wedding that was this theme? I have some ideas but I'm just curious of what others did.

    Hi Talia! I have definitely seen this done in the community before, and the weddings are amazing! Here are a few of my favorite photos:

    What fairytale Cinderella details do you plan to use?

    Most definitely having some sort of coach possible for the centerpieces and a sign like the one you posted. These are some awesome pics!

    Oh a Cinderella's Castle engagement. So magical Smiley love

    I'm a Disney fanatic so of course I'm including Disney elements in my wedding. For our centerpieces I'm thinking of doing DIY enchanted roses from Beauty and the Beast. Instead of the traditional bridal march I'll be walking down the aisle to an instrumental version of the song "I see the light" from Tangled. For my bouquet I want the floral pins to be hidden mickey's like below;

    We also have wedding mickey ears that we'll be putting on our head table at our spots instead of a floral arrangement:

    One of the seating charts I'm considering is this:

    Can you share the instrumental version of "I see the light" you using? I was thinking about that too!

    I haven't picked the specific version that I'm using yet because I can be quite indecisive, but here's two that are on the top of my consideration list:

    I see the Light (Instrumental)-Tifita,Oliver Moya Bueno

    I see the Light (Instrumental)-Kyoto Piano Ensemble

    Omg I love when other couples have a fairytale theme! Mine is too! Smiley laugh Technically ours is a sort of "rustic, vintage fairytale". I'm walking down the aisle to I See the Light, there will be hidden Mickeys all over the ceremony and reception, our centerpieces will be a nod to different Disney movies that FH and I love. I have a Rapunzel inspired tiara and shoes inspired by the 2015 version of Cinderella!

    That is such a neat idea!!! Soooo awesome! I’m having an August wedding but part of me would have liked to have a halloween wedding with costumes 😂 I know people think that’s odd but I thought it would have been fun 😂
