I’ve been researching these as well. Try searching “moon gate arch”, there are some posts on Pinterest that show how to make them, and there are also people on Etsy that sell them. I’ve been told it costs about $1000 to rent one (which is crazy), so we are going to try to make one. There are also hexagonal shaped ones that I would imagine are significantly easier to make!

Hey Tateakka! Welcome to the community! Have you searched YouTube for DIY videos? I would start there, I've also seen a few tutorials on Pinterest. From what I've seen, styrofoam or round pipes have been used to make the arch. You can also check out Etsy and Amazon for some of the materials or things to use as the base and then buy your own flowers.
