One of the photographer couples that we looked into do a lot of city hall weddings. They are Eichar Photography, feel free to look them up!

I would honestly Google that because BuzzFeed has done an article on several City Hall weddings that looked so beautiful. You can even check Real Weddings here to see what people have done because in my city someone did a courthouse wedding photographer.

Good ideas already posted, but also this will greatly depend on what YOUR City Hall looks like. I would go on a scouting trip to check out photo ops, inside and out.
