Cleavage enhancer for strapless, backless dress & smaller chest?

Looking for help from all the brides with smaller chest: my beautiful dress has illusion front & back (entire back) & v-neckline. It currently has very thin, basic cups sewn in. I want to either replace them with well padded cups that will give a nice cleavage, or to wear a bra underneath that will work with this dress. I will talk to my seamstress & see if she has some solutions, but wanted to see if anybody has found something that has padding & enhances cleavage & works with backless, strapless styles? I don’t need any lift or support (my boobs are full B cup & sit in a perfect place on their own lol). I’m researching sticky or silicon bras or padded sew in cups & would love some recommendations!
