Hello!

My FH and I have decided a very intimate wedding best fits our personality and budget. Honestly, I’m having a difficult time planning such an event.

Looking for suggestions for ceremony sites and dinner “reception” venues in the Cleveland/ Akron area for late summer wedding suitable for 20 guests.

(The small wedding suggestions I have received so far are typically venues for 75+ guests.)

    Sorry this isn't a specific suggestion but have you checked restaurants in your area? That's what we're doing. We're getting married in the private garden of the restaurant and it leads into a private room. We're expecting about 38 people including us.

    Does anyone have a backyard that’s pretty enough and willing to host? We are having a micro wedding as well and ceremony and reception all being done at my future mother in law’s house

    I'm from the Medina area. I agree with looking into restaurants- have you looked at Mapleside Farms? They have 3 different event spaces for different sized parties. Their lodge or cellar may work well for you.

    I'd check out restaurants with private rooms as well as hotels and country clubs that have multiple event spaces, they might have smaller rooms available for event rental! Also search for places that advertise themselves as a Rehearsal Dinner venue, they might be closer to the size you are looking for!

    Not sure I’d you’re still looking but google Haus of Cool, they specialize in micro weddings. If you google cleveland pop up weddings I believe there is one other local one too. They do several in a day but with really beautiful, curated set ups.
