Take measurements and go by inches not pounds!

Have you taken measurements? If you are losing inches, that's still an accomplishment!!

When you measure you can either measure everything or the minimum. The minimum would be to measure your bust. Bust line. Waist and hips. You can find tutorials on the proper way to do this by google "how to take a body measurement." If you wanna go a step further you can also measure stuff like your arms and thighs and things but I find that to be excessive as the most important points are the basic ones

The scale means NOTHING. When I danced professionally I was 135 and a stick figure with calves. Once I stopped due to an injury I went to 140 and was a little fluffy. I'm at 125 now and not looking nearly as fit as when I was 135, still a bit fluffy in some areas.

You can measure your BMI if you want a number to look at, but feeling good is what matters.

You are burning fat and building muscle. Muscle weighs more that fat. FH and I have been doing home work out routines for a month or so now including lifting. He hasn't lost a single pound, but his clothes fit better, his waist has shrank and his man tits are gone. Lmao. So he's building all the muscle. And I've actually gained 5 pounds, which is perfectly fine bc I still fit clothes fine and I'm at 125 lbs. so I'm pretty pleased with everything.
