Co-ed Bachelor/bachelorette Party we did Thattttt!!!

So I've always wanted to do a huge trip with all of our friends but over the years...it just NEVER was possible until now! We decided to plan a co-ed bachelor/bachlorette party exactly 1 year prior to our wedding date 9/19/2020! People thought we were nuts lol! Of course we'll have our own closer to...

So I've always wanted to do a huge trip with all of our friends but over the years...it just NEVER was possible until now! We decided to plan a co-ed bachelor/bachlorette party exactly 1 year prior to our wedding date 9/19/2020! People thought we were nuts lol! Of course we'll have our own closer to the wedding but this really gave everyone an opportunity to really get to know each other! We stayed in one hugeeeeee shot gun style Airbnb (perfect, everything on one floor, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a huge open living space) It really brought us all together!!!

We had a freaking BLAST! That's right, a party of 10 took it down to the Big Easy a.k.a NEW ORLEANS for a week of #BashSh**Crazy and #SameVForever (you know the sayings) 😂

We had lots of group activities and split just one day to have our seperate party nights; then brought it all back together again! Only sad thing was that we were missing 2 groomsmen who unfortunately couldn't make it! Just to name a few, we did the NOLA city lights bike tour (best thing everrrrr), ate at The Ruby Slipper Cafe, Jack Rose, Willie Mae's Scotch House, had a slumber party in our pj's and even met another bride and her tribe and decided to do a battle of the bride tribes 😂😂😂 it was hilarious! I think people actually thought we were fighting at one point. It was totally all fun and games, no real fighting occurred. ☮ + ❤ vibes ONLY!!!

⚜New Orleans⚜ was PERFECT and such a wonderful experience filled with nothing but love and culture! And the FOOD omgggg the food! A+ all around!

    Thanks girl!!! So yeah it did suck that 2 of the guys couldn't come but we still had a great amount of people to pull it off. And yes some of our bridal party members are in relationships but it went pretty smoothly as majority of their spouses know us (my fiance and I) and how we roll; so they trust us and the people that we invited. We got really lucky with this trip and our group!!! Yessss to Mrs. Jackson to be lol...thank you!!! 😘😘

    I'm so glad you posted this! I was just wondering yesterday if anyone has co-ed bachelor(ette) parties. I think I'll probably have one. His friends are so fun and everyone gets along great. It looks like you all had a blast! I love that it was exactly a year before the wedding too!

    We also had a co-ed bachelor/ette party in New Orleans before our wedding; it wasn't a trip, though, we got married there and we met/used to live there. Looks like you all had a great time!

    Such an awesome idea!!!! And well executed ! You're right, you two will be spending the rest of your lives together, you should bond with the friends too. And how awesome to really take the time to get to know those closest to your spouse. Really awesome

    I always wanted to do a coed canoeing camping overnight trip... but all of his groomsmen live on the west coast and we are I'm Nashville so we didnt want to make them fly to nashville twice, lake Tahoe for his party, florida for mine... all on one year.

    That's another smart thing too... one full year before wedding gives people plenty of time to work it in!

    Aww thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰 Yeah the one year in advance was great timing, I think that's how so many were able to go! Maybe y'all can have that trip after your 1st year of marriage! I think everyone would love that!

    Yaaaaassssss!!! This looks epic! You all definitely did thatttt! So happy that you guys enjoyed yourselves and also got in some moments with just your girls and him and his guys. I would definitely do something like this. Let me run this past FH...I love this!
