Co-ed Bridal/wedding Showers - Yay or Nay?

I preferred a girls only shower when asked. From my experience men dont really understand them and are usually itching to leave. However, I fully recognize that this isn't all men. If your guy likes being center of attention and mingling with people I say go for it!

A bridal shower is just women. We had a couples shower because most of our friend group is married or in serious relationships and we wanted to celebrate with everyone.

I think a wedding shower is for both and a bridal shower is for just the ladies. But I could be wrong

A bridal shower is just women. My fiancé will come at the end for gifts and maybe his dad just cause they’ll be coming in from out of town and I don’t have a dad. No other guys for sure

My fiancé is coming to our church thrown wedding shower. Since the gifts are for the both of us and it’s to celebrate our wedding- I wanted him there.

I plan on sticking to a bridal shower. Women only and FH will come at the end, I don’t think guys typically want to be involved in something like a shower so I’ll save them the trouble 🙂

I am planning to have a bridal shower but both my FH and BM want to be there for the party, they’re my best friends and i can’t say no! 😂

We had a wedding shower and it was so much fun. Guys and girls, both of our families and a lot of our friends. It was more like a party or Back yard BBQ, and all the guys really enjoyed it that were there! It was not a girly event at all. Much more our style.

I have been to both types of showers. It just depends on what vibe you are going for. One idea my friend did was have a women only shower but her fiance came by at the end for the opening of the presents

Also, Couples Showers are a big to do currently.
