Just curious to see what others are doing for centerpieces for they’re cocktail hour tables. I’m torn between doing a simple floral display or candles as I’ve seen both done at weddings. I’ve also been to weddings where they didn’t put anything besides tableclothes and just kept it super simple!

We are doing tablecloths and little candles. There will be a big feather vase centerpiece on the table with the food to tie in with our Harlem Renaissance theme so I want the rest of the room to be rather simple.

We kept ours super simple! Linens, a couple votive candles, and some loose white rose petals. The venue ended up moving our ceremony aisle markers to some of the tables as well, just to re-purpose whatever they could. (Aisle markers were simple too- mason jars with a white hydrangea, and a ribbon around the neck of the jar to attach them to the chairs.)
