Cocktail Hour

Not sure if I’m doing it, but I saw a TikTok with a mashed potato bar with multiple toppings in a nice plastic cup.

We're doing Lebanon bologna rolled with cream cheese. It sounds odd but is common in Pennsylvania.

Idk if this is unique but going to have a mac n cheese station with fried green tomatoes and broccoli as toppings.


Also a taco station with shrimp and chicken.

We are having a soup bar with 3 stations. One for vegans and another is dairy free.
There it will be a lot of toppings and many choices (tomato parmesan, chicken and dumplings, corn and shrimp bisque, clam chodwer, tofu ramen etc)

Some of the things that I want to try are mini meatballs, Charcuterie boards because they're in trend right now. Had mini chicken kebabs on skewers at a wedding recently, so that is also an option.
