Color Scheme Help!

Right after my fiancé and I got engaged, we decided on an early Oct wedding with the color scheme of navy blue, burgundy/cabernet, and gold color scheme. Recently though I’ve been second guessing myself because any shade of red accentuates the redness in my face and I have two other bridesmaids that are pale that would have this issue. So I was thinking of a light grey for my bridesmaids and my MoH wear a grey that is a shade darker since my fiancé is set on his navy blue suit. I cannot find a grey that goes well with my ivory dress so I am really struggling with what to do. I wanted the decorations/bouquets to be mostly greenery (all artificial due to allergies) with hints of ivory/white flowers. Any suggestions???
