Colored wedding dress?

My first thought was pink. For some reason I jumped right to the end scene of the Disney version where Flora and Fauna are changing the color of the dress from pink to blue and back. But depending on your color pallet a darker blue would look pretty too. Keeping the colors dark around you highlights the color of your dress which is basically what we do when we wear white anyway.

I think a silver would be beautiful for the BMs!

Dark blue is a good option for beach theme. I have marine blue on my girls and navy in my dress (though not the entire dress). If you are worried about it being too much of the same, a tan or light brown "sand" color might also work. Here's the marine.

My dress is lavender, and my girls will be in ivory

The only reason why I would stay away from a "sand" or "taupe" is because it can wash a LOT of complexions out. White/Ivory would be really nice on the beach and could be a nice surprise.

Maybe something like a darker, dusty blue or a silver.

I also say silver!!

Mine's nothing crazy but it's not white! It's cream, beige, and blush!
