I found several styles I like; love the selection of colors and being able to let my bridesmaids pick the style they like from a group but all be the same color and fabric; and prices are very reasonable.

But I, too, am wary of the site. As another bride to-be-commented, it is the same site as the poorly reviewed UWDress.com. Also it looks to be the same company as JJ's house... I initially ordered a couple bridal skirts from there and cancelled right away when I found out they don't return unless it was flawed or wrong order. I think they are all different faces of the same company based in Hong Kong. And ScamAdviser considers it "Suspicious".

That being said, they do accept exchanges, and bridesmaid dresses are not as huge a decision as a bridal gown.

I've dipped my toes in and bought five color swatches for a total of $10. Small risk to maybe see a little about the company/service and it will also help me pick the shade of purple I like best.

Here’s one of my girls in her dress. She said it’s really comfortable and it has enough padding that she doesn’t have to wear a bra. I asked customer service to put a couple extra inches on the length since she’s pretty tall, and it turned out great!

I just ran across this site myself! My color is as popular as some so I was having a hard time finding my color. Then of course, a little leery after seeing this site, but finding legit reviews is so awesome!!! Thank you!!

Would love to see an actual picture of the bridesmaids wearing the dresses. I got swatches and they seem nice, but still nervous.

I would also like to mention that I purchased my daughters flower girl house on lightinthebox.com and it is GORGEOUS. The sizing is perfect and the quality is fantastic. I would just get my bridesmaid dresses there, but they dont have the right color. Lan Ting Bride is the brand of her dress. Its beautiful.

I ordered from Colorsbridesmaid.com and so far the experience has been great. I strongly recommend ordering swatches because the colors aren't true on screen. After I ordered swatches, they asked if I would like to buy a trial dress and if I didn't like it, they would refund me. They also offered 10% off for each bridesmaid (they give you a special code for this). They also give you a special code that identifies your bridal party so all of your dresses are cut from the same bolts of fabric (that is too make sure you don't get weird mismatched colors). We ordered a dress in 'Sea Fog', which looks really grey on their website but is actually a beautiful shade of muted purple. The dress arrived within 2-3 weeks and was totally, absolutely 100% gorgeous and well made. It was double lined, the color was gorgeous, the stitching was high quality and it had a built in bra with boning. It was wrinkled because it comes in a bag, but the fabric is nice and soft. Flower Girl dress from Lightinthebox.comI brought it to my MOH to try on and it was *almost* perfect- But the bust/built in bra was too big. Really, I'm sure this was because of the measurements we gave and not the company's fault (turns out she wore a bra and a jacket when she measured... face-palm) . I e-mailed them and they advised to shorten the straps and let them know if it didn't work out so they could replace the dress. We did that, but the cups are still too big. I just e-mailed them again to replace the dress, which I don't anticipate any issue with- If there is one I'll definitely update my review.

I just wanted to hop on here to tell my fellow budget brides that you totally can trust this website. The dresses are beautiful and the customer service so far has been very good. They always respond to my questions by the next day and seem eager to make sure I'm happy. Before I ordered from them I scoured the internet for reviews but everything looked fake (in fact, I'm still sure they're fake)- So I wanted to review as a public service. I promise I am a living, breathing person, I am not paid to say this.

Also- I bought my flower girl dress from Lightinthebox.com and it is GORGEOUS. I included a picture that is in the middle of my review for some reason. Dont do it! I got my dresses from them and they looked so cheap! Seems like a great price until after shipping costs because they are from China. I ended up returning all 4 of my bridesmaids dresses (which cost $50 to ship back to china) and you lose out on the original shipping costs (20$ each) so I lost $130 total.... but it was worth not having the cheap looking dresses! If I could do it all over again I would just go to a store to have my bridesmaids try dresses on. Ended up going with weddington way which was amazing!

I can't find my original comment. I had really wanted to use Colorsbridemaids because of their huge selection of colors and styles and good prices. But I had been concerned because of the horrible reviews of Colorsbridemaids.com and its sister company, JJs House (I think they have a couple more) have on various review websites. I said I would test the waters by ordering some color swatches and post an update.

It took a while for the free shipping from China, but I received my color swatches.

I took the plunge and did order my bridesmaid dresses from them. I let my bridesmaids pick their own style with only a couple guidelines and then ordered all the same color. I agree with another post... it was super handy having four dark purple swatches to choose from. And now I can use the swatch when ordering other things that should match.

The dresses arrived a couple days ago and they all seem to be just as ordered.

I used their custom measurements rather than standard sizes for all the dresses and so far that worked out well.

They even offer to do custom modifications. They really do make these dresses to order (reason no returns). My daughter loved one dress in particular but I thought an empire waist would look best on her body shape, so I made the request. They responded within a couple days with a mockup of how they would change it. I approved, and they did it. I think it turned out nicely, too.

I know I was hoping to see pictures of actual dresses on real people to make sure it was a legit company, so I will attach a few here for those with the same concern. I only have one pic on a bridesmaid so far since I'm out of town on business and they only came in two days ago.
