Confetti Cannons?

I'm contemplating doing some kind of cute recessional with confetti cannons or maybe rose petals (still need to ask venue if we can) Does anyone have any experience specifically with the cannons? Do they make a loud noise? Is there something that comes out that could potentially hurt somebody (I'm thinking of popping a champagne bottle)

If I'm allowed to this, I wonder how many I should get compared to my guest list?

Oh this is cool! I know Walmart sells them in the party section. They are like $5 each or something. They are not loud put they are pressurized so they do make noise. There is a little thing in there that makes the confetti "fly" I guess you can say, It's hard, i would know (eye roll). FH gets these for my birthday and shoots them off at me when I wake up/get home from work and the thing hit me in the head once lol. Usually they don't come out but this one did.

I SO wanted to do confetti but my venue has a wedding the next day and they have to clean it all up so I decided against it. We are instead doing ribbon wands!

We tried confetti cannons this weekend they do make a loud pop! 😂 we had 4 but my dad set off his before it was time so then my FIL set off his and one groomsmen it was really funny but idk how the pictures look yet
