I was totally caught unawares yesterday when FH suggested doing a Vegas wedding. I thought he wanted it at the golf course (which of course was giving me nightmares since the space isn’t even finished yet). But I’ve been looking into some of the wedding packages and our guest list is soo small (30ish people) that the all inclusive packages are able to give me more for my money then doing it here at home could. Airfare to Vegas is super cheap from here, and less expensive to get to for our friends who would have to travel anyway (55% of guest list). Apparently the majority of the other half of the guest list wants to go golf Wolf Creek out there so FH is trying to combine the two and make it a whole event. I’m having a hard time finding many cons to the whole idea, so let me hear them ladies, give me something to balance out this pros and cons list.
also, anyone else considering or planning a Vegas wedding? What were your deciding factors?
