What a cute idea! In the movie, I'm pretty sure he says the vows first and she repeats them.

In the wedding at the end, he says his vows and picks up the cup. She says her vows and pours the wine. In the beginning at the rehearsal, it looks like they each have a little candle and light theirs as they say their line from the lit candle on the altar.
