Correct Wording of Guests' Names

Hi Ladies!!! You all are the greatest! ❤ Each of you are making my wedding planning go more smoothly than I had ever drempt.

I'm working on our guest list. We are wording the envelopes formally. I'm usually Miss Etiquette, but I need some advice.

Two of my girlfriends have titles, one is a Doctor and the other is a Judge. Both of their husbands are simply Mr. So would the formal wording be for example:

Judge and Mr. John Henry Jones ?
Dr. and Mr. John Henry Jones?

There is limited space on the envelope so I can't do their names separately for example:

Judge Jane Doe and Mr. John Henry Doe

Wife is a doctor and husband is not: Dr. Lucy Wallford and Mr. Christopher Wallford
You can use two separate lines if you need to but you must include her first name as she is not Dr John Henry Jones.
For the judge: The Honorable Jane Smith and Mr. John Smith.

Thank you Muriel. 💕 I agree with you. I am not allowed that many spaces. We have a company addressing our envelopes as I'm still recovering from an illness. Maybe, I'll just hand address these two myself and that way I can word it properly.
