Hello!
We are looking at using Costco's flower packages for our wedding. I'm a little confused because in the reviews on the Costco website, folks talk about being able to do substitutions (say, exchange centerpiece for another bridesmaid bouquet) but there is no way to contact Costco and ask for a substitution/special order. When we went into the store, they could only refer us to a local person who does their in-store arrangements, not the vendor who sends the boxes of wedding flower packages via FedEx. Anyone have tips?
