One year to go from today until my wedding!! When we postponed in 2020, our countdown jumped to around 770 days. Now, we're already down to only 365 days! Time is flying by! Where are all of you at in your countdowns?

The bigger things seemed to be the most stressful. Once those were done, it got a lot more fun! Enjoy your well-earned break, and enjoy your engagement! What is next on your to-do list once you start planning again?

Time will fly by, and you'll be saying "I Do" before you know it! What do you have left to do for wedding planning?

I have 338 Days for my projected wedding date! we recently bought a house so wedding planning as definitely been on the back burner. I can't even get past the guest list. I have 250 guests and that's just my SO and my family. I think we only have a few friends written down.

Im so overwhelmed that I don't even want to plan anymore hahahahaha

Congratulations on buying the house! So many exciting life events! Wedding planning can certainly be overwhelming, but take it one piece at a time, plus put in some breaks from planning to enjoy the engagement. Also, check out the wedding planning checklist on The Knot or here on Wedding Wire - those break down the process into smaller steps, and will help keep your plans on track. There's still plenty of time. You've got this!

Wedding planning is definitely difficult since I’m doing it all myself. But it’s all worth it. I’ve been dreaming of this day since I was 7 years old.

It definitely will be worth it! Very cool that you've had this day in mind for so long. What tasks have you completed so far?

Well honestly. Not many. We’ve both got our wedding party picked out. We’ve set the date. And I know where I want to get my dress and flowers from. We’ve not set a budget just yet and that is what is keeping me from progressing. But we are throwing ideas out to each other still and having fun with it. Luckily we don’t have to rent out a venue since we’ve got family with space to hold it all at.

Sounds like you've got a really good start! Smart idea to hold off on planning too much until you figure out your budget. Not having to rent out a venue is super nice as well, that saves a lot of cost and headaches down the road. Happy wedding planning!
