For all my April 15, 2022 brides, how is planning coming along? Do you have the main things (venues, dress, photographer, etc.) set already? Also show me your dresses! Would love to see them ☺️

Hi there! My microwedding date is 4/15/22 .
I have my dress and venue. The company I hired takes care of photography and cake. The major thing I need figured out is catering. How is your planning going?

April 15, 2022 bride here too! We still haven’t found an officiant or hair and makeup artist. Still need to find hotel and do a room block, and find a venue for rehearsal dinner. Other than that I think we have everything else done

I’m also having a microwedding (approx 50) and ceremony/reception venues and florist are set. We hired a photographer and videographer for the day. Still need to work on the little things like DIY decor, cake, and all that good stuff. We ended up choosing a restaurant to have a sit down family-style meal. Best of luck to you and hope everything goes smoothly the day of 🙂

I see! Have you thought about having a close family member or friend officiating your wedding? That’s what we’ll be doing.

Hi everyone! It’s so great to see that we all share the same date! I’m so nervous but we have our venue, officiant, DJ and entertainment all covered. We’re still working out the small details though.

I'm actually looking into becoming an online Ordained Minister for officiating my nephew & his fiancé wedding in June. What area are you from? I'm just wondering because I'm trying to find out if it's recognized by the state I'm in (PA). I'm reading mixed reviews. I will be calling the County Clerk of Courts in 3 different counties just to see what each one says. Do you mind asking your officiant which Ministry did they go through to get ordained. That's another thing I need to do but before I do the other matter at hand needs to be confirmed as legal & recognized, even years/decades later when the other parter passes & they're entitled to spousal benefits. It would be horrible if they believe it's recognized by the state & find out otherwise. My fiancé & I also want to go this route. I believe it makes your day even more intimate & special!
