But we did a lot before December so we could take the month off - travelling is hard enough without adding planning. But we will finish up the invitations and hopefully get those ready to go in January.

Lol I hear you. I was in a bit of a rut for a while because I didn't know what to do next but I think im back on top of it. I think I will get a little more stressed when its time to remember all the small details. Do you have a wedding planner or doing it yourself?

We decides last week to offically get married on 4/4/20. The date has alot of meaning to us . We been together for 4 years and 4 months. Also Between both of us we have 4 kids . We have always wanted a small intimate wedding at the River. Just us our kids , our preacher, close family and friends. When we first startedvdating we went to the location where we now are getting married. I knew then I wanted to marry this man one day.. Now we are planning to get married there . With all that is going on around us in this crazy world. I hope and pray we can pull it off in less than 17 days.

View Quoted Comment Im 👌🏽 This close to having to. I was trying to even have the ceremony in our backyard if we had to. But not if we can only have 10 ppl. 😩. I put together so many backup options not sure if any of them will go through with the white house 15day 10ppl or less and cdc recommendations. So far my county hasnt shut down and my church hasn’t cancelled on us.

I got married yesterday the 4th of April 2020. I am in Jamaica and though our cases are not as high as other countries we still have a banned on public gatherings of no more than 10 people. So I went ahead and did my wedding with just parents, witness. Pastor and camera crew and we did an online live wedding. So many people got to watch and share that beautiful moment with us. We pre recorded every tribute and played them in the background. It was beautiful and lovely and it was nice getting married despite of everything going on. What was important to us was getting married, that was priority and that’s what marriage really is. Don’t allow these currents circumstances to stop you. If u can get married even if it’s private do it. You can always celebrate later with family and friends.
