Woo hoo! We’re getting married 8.1.20 in Lake Tahoe. A lunchtime wedding/reception so it can be a vacation for those coming from out of state.

We are also 8-1-20. That’s the date both the church and the reception venue were open. Also, we needed to do summer when school is out.

Less than six months omg!

Congrats August 1, 2020 is our day!! how far have y'all started planning I booked my venue which includes a lot i'm just worried i'm not on schedule! also if y'all are sending save the dates, have y'all done so because i still haven't even taken a photo for them yet.

I sent my Save The Dates last week. I'll be sending out my invitations on May 1st.

Mine come in Monday and will be mailing this week. although almost everyone (if not everyone) who is invited already knows.

The last piece of our puzzle is invitations Other than that we're in GREAT shape. I have all other vendors and am working through the timeline

Hi ladies! I’m a little late to join the forum. We are also August 1, 2020! I know it’s a ways off so we should be fine with the whole pandemic, but I’m a bit panicky because I know nothing about timelines. It just occurred to me if I don’t set a plan for a dress soon I may not get one in time.
I live in MN and a lot of dress shops are closing due to the pandemic. (I haven’t even stepped into one yet since being engaged!) How long does it typically take to order a dress and get alterations done? I have an appointment today in ND to try stuff on just in case I have to order one online or something.
