Hi guys! I’m trying to decide what time is best for our ceremony. Since we’re getting married in one of the hottest months of the year I’m worried. Our ceremony is outdoors. What are your opinions??

Hey Micaela!! Congratulations on your engagement! Welcome to the WeddingWire community! Are you hoping to have a morning or afternoon ceremony? Since it will be so hot, I would avoid asking your guests to sit out in the midday sun. If you are having an evening reception, perhaps you could think about having your ceremony at 4/5 in the afternoon?
I would definitely still take measures to ensure that your guests are comfortable as it will still be very hot. You could offer hand-held fans and bottles of water on each chair for your guests, and make sure that there is share available before and immediately after for guests that are not comfortable sitting out in the sun for long periods of time.
