This isn't my date- but I'm also getting married in December 2018. Honestly, there is NO guarantee. Not sure if you're from Texas, but we are used to having multiple seasons in a WEEK! If you look up the averages, they will be somewhat mild, but whenever those big cold fronts come in from the north we usually take a hit for at least a few days.

My plan is to book a venue with an indoor and outdoor space that I love. We want to door outdoor if the weather is nice, but if it gets chilly we can always switch things up that morning with the venue and plan to setup inside instead.

    Hope this helps!

Haha I meant it more to be silly than anything. My venue has the ceremony and reception indoors and the cocktail hour outdoors, weather permitting (otherwise they move it into the ballroom lobby). I’m so excited.

Oh, haha- my bad Smiley tongue

I'm also seriously hoping it will be in the 60's. Love, love, love the grounds at the venue we're eyeing, much more so than the interior.

We got married on December 10th, I looked at the weather like a crazy person every day until then for three months. Initially it was supposed to be cloudy and low 40s, it ended up being sunny and mid-60s...you literally never know haha.

Either that or 90F or 10F. It's Texas so it could be anything. LOL!

Just be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. My bestie is having her's all outside w/o a backup plan so we'll just see how that goes. 😐

That's my date as well! I'm in Dallas, so the weather could do anything it wants to do. I will be supplying people with small blankets if they're cold during the ceremony since it is outdoor. The reception will be indoors, so no worries there. I think the weather should be around 60 or 70, honestly...with a very slim chance of rain. Here's hoping!!!
