Our had to be pushed back until next year so new date is 12/2/2022 💕 that is also a special date because it’s honoring my uncle that passed away last year

I wanted the 21st for the Winter Solatace (HUGE ACOTAR fan here) but all of our guests are traveling from out of town and I'd feel rude for asking them to travel for our wedding so close to Christmas. So we compromised for the 9th. Not too close to Christmas, long enough after Thanksgiving, and hopefully there will be snow for our pictures!

Has anyone gotten their dress yet for their 12/02/2022 wedding?

I just got my dress two weeks ago for my wedding on 12/02/22. I went to David's Bridal, and my maid of honor actually found the dress. Because it was on sale, I was actually able to walk out of the store with that dress in hand. For me personally, it was a huge relief because the other bridal shops I went to in my area (St. Louis) said that ordering a dress right now is taking anywhere between 6-10 months, and that was not including the 1-2 months for alterations. One bridal shop even said I needed to order by dress back in July 2021! I don't know if other areas are experiencing the same thing, but that was my experience here in St.Louis.
