Start with your venue! First things first, have to have somewhere to get married!

Get a binder to keep all of your receipts and contracts! Venue is first and you have plenty of time to look for the right one. You want to be mindful of the important things they may offer and what you will have to provide on your own. Are they all inclusive or are they just providing the space? It will all depend on your budget. This app really put into perspective everything I was going to have to budget for! The good thing is that you have time! I have started planning, and have a lot of the leg work done. I will admit it's a lot, but I really enjoy planning.

I agree with the other ladies, venue first. I am pretty sure I will be signing my venue contract this week.

Start with your venue. Which venue u like best and fits your budget. What dates they have available. From the they will have vendors that they work with that will help

I’ve got the venue booked (thankfully my dad paid for it).
I know who I’m using for photography and videography. Need to put deposits down
Have a block of rooms reserved and shuttle deposit done. Kinda have center pieces planed out (received those for free from a family member) Colors are picked. Dress is purchased-found it by accident last July. Grooms jacket is purchased.

Hey! Also wedding twin here! I will definitely say planning a 2022 or 2023 wedding is not like a normal wedding - things are getting booked up VERY fast. Definitely nail down your venue and florist as soon as you can, I know so many had issues with our date being so close to valentines.

Start with you guest list and then get an around about number you want to spend then look for venues within that number.

I’m exhausted 😩, one day I feel like I’m doing good next day I feel like I’m so far behind.

My venue is booked, my wedding shower is in October, my videographer , photographer, and catering is booked. But I still have a lot of other things like RSVP’s from my guests.
