You could do a theme night! Get a bunch of decorations for a specific theme (Hawaiian/Luau, Tacos, Harry Potter, etc), and prepare food also centered around that theme, and maybe even find fun clothing/accessories to go with it as well! Otherwise, a movie marathon (with popcorn and/or movie theater candy!), or do takeout from a fancier restaurant and dress up, or put together a fun scavenger hunt around the house, etc.

You could always get take out or splurge and order a 3 meal for 2 week from blue apron, green chef, etc.
