Hi everyone! I just posted this in another forum but I realized that there is also a forum for those who are getting married on January 2nd. Would love to hear any advice for planning around this date!

How did you/are you doing the rehearsal? Since typically it falls the night before, which is New Years Day in this case. Did this date cause any issues for you overall?

Perhaps you could speak with your family/friends/guests who will be attending the rehearsal and ask if this will be an issue for them. If so, you could make a different plan for the rehearsal.
What are you thinking of doing for your rehearsal? Will it be a formal dinner, or something casual?
