Couples getting married on January 28, 2022

Antiniastael91, on September 15, 2021 at 5:08 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
Hey guys I'm in Florida, how are yall feeling about covid? My videographers just canceled and refunded us and now I'm questioning my whole wedding!! I have 150 people rsvp from save the dates we are planning on sending another round of official rsvps this month. We thought January would be enough time but with these variants popping up im not sure anymore. It's almost like we have to ask everyone for a pcr test like they do for international travel. Anybody getting concerned Thoughts?

Yes im starting to get antsy! But we are not postponing. So we are just going to ask all guest to either show proof of vaccination or take a rapid test before hand. We are also thinking of doing a guest list cut. Im asking the rest of my vedors if they are having worries because i cannot do last minute cancelations.

Getting married regardless of guest count. If people want to come, come if not we understand. We have a food and beverage minimum to meet anyway so if the wedding is smaller we will have more stuff. At the end of the day I just want to marry my man! It would be nice to share it with everyone we want to but the times are what they are… we aren’t requiring vaccinations we aren’t doing testing. Whoever wants to come come. We are vaccinated and a lot of the ppl we know are so at this point it is what it is.

Yes I definitely understand. We have alot of young children unable to be vaccinated and I just want to make sure we cover our bases. My fiance has been vaccinated since May and just got covid from attending a 9/11 memorial mass. So if we could confirm that everyone is vaccinated or tested that may lower chances of it being spread. I would hate for my wedding to be a "superspreading event" and or we get covid right before our honeymoon. That would suck. Lol
