I've been married nearly 3 years now (our anniversary is November 25th). I can't even believe it's been that long; time really does fly when you're spending it with the love of your life...I'm wondering, for those that are already married, what was your favorite part of your wedding day?
What was your favorite detail/ accessory or aspect of your wedding?
What was the best decision you made in regards to the big day and planning?
And what might you have changed if you could do it all over again?
Where did you honeymoon? I am a travel bug always looking to plan my next vacay so I love new ideas!
I love all things wedding and hearing about them so tell me about your day!
Although not everything went according to plan or entirely the way I envisioned, we had a beautiful day and I feel blessed we were able to have all that we did! I had a lot of personal touches at my wedding and I'm so glad my guests noticed and appreciated them. We had signature drinks, a photo booth, a caricature artist, custom champagne flutes, and released wishing lanterns. Aside from my first dance, those are some of my favorite things We absolutely loved how our cake turned out (and how it tasted) too!
I loved our card box! thank you Etsy. And our caricature artist was so fun!
I would hire a different photographer as I was not happy with ours. And I would have also gotten married in a church instead of outside. But we loved our videographer! He was amazing!!! And we're so glad we hired him. We were in love with our venue too. It was so beautiful! The jeweler where we got our rings is amazing and we love him. He's been such a pleasure to work with! I'm so glad we chose that place.
We went on a 10 day Caribbean cruise with Princess cruises. It was so elegant and amazing! We went to Antigua, Barbados, Bahamas, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Thomas and St. Lucia. If time and money permitted, we may have gone for 2 weeks somewhere farther away. But we were very happy on our cruise.
