I understand that. But I found out that if u do the major stuff this year next year will be a breeze. Also income tax is a help as well with big stuff. I have paid half of the venue deposit.

We have our venue half paid if you look up "frisco heritage center". We are using 3 buildings . The depot, chapel, and crazier house. Check it out.
