Couples getting married on October 4, 2020

I'm the 17th, but we pretty much have all vendors booked. My dress is ordered. All we need to do is book transportation, hair and makeup, get my FH attire and groomsmen attire

I am getting married October 3, 2020. I have the venue (ceremony and reception), photographer, photo booth, officiant, hair & makeup, hotel block, and band. I also did my bridesmaid proposals.

10/4/20 here’s we have our venue ceremony/reception, photographer, bakers, my dress ordered, bridesmaid dresses pick out, officiant, makeup and hair. I think I just need flowers and music

We are getting married 10/4/20 ! we have our church, hall, photographer, caterer, DJ, hair and makeup and flowers done !! am i missing anything hahaha !!! we just cant wait !!

I have the venue, photographer, caterer, the baker[we are doing cupcakes a small cake for us], the Dj, Minister, my photographer is doing my save the dates and my invitations it’s part of her package! Wedding planner (she comes with the venue) our bartenders and beverages and I think that’s it for now! Lol 😂 I have major ocd and like things planned 😅 and I’m this close to having my florist picked out 🤣

My step mom is taking care of my hair and make up for me 😍😍 but now it’s time to focus on details and school (since I’m going back for my BA)

10/04/2020, we have our venue, photographer, baker, and rings picked out! I did pick out my dress, but my fiancé hasn’t picked out his outfit yet. We are doing a cosplay wedding so the wedding party is getting their outfits. Oh we also have all our wedding party picked out as well and confirmed!

Got the venue, my dress, the dj, the photographer and the officant. Got the engagement pics done. Wedding list done and save the dates are going out soon. Met the dj, officant and photographer. Have couples meetings with my pastor to help us get prepared for married life. Have my wedding party set. Picked out the food. All that’s left is picking out the cake, getting flower vendor, planing honeymoon, center pieces, wedding party gifts, tux fittings for groomsmen, dresses for bridesmaids, wedding favors and finish planning bachelorette and bachelor party’s and bridal shower and obviously the rehearsal dinner. Still a lot to do. It’s overwhelming and there’s been a lot of drama. Honestly thinking about eloping even though my dream is a big wedding...how ironic right?

We are!!! We have our guest list and locking in the venue this week.

Update... we have everything picked, ordered and paid for. We have not paid the reception off yet as it’s not due until 2 weeks before the wedding but the money is in savings.

So I have a lot of the main things done but a lotta small things that need to be done still. I got my dress, we picked out the taxes for M and his groomsmen and they’re getting fitted this weekend. I am going to be getting a reception dress so I still need to get that. I picked out the venue, picked out the food, picked out the DJ, picked out our first dance song, and signed up for dance lessons. We have yet to start our dance lessons but we did our intro where they listened to our song and picked out what kind of dance we wanted. I picked out my cake vendor and the style cake I wanted. I also picked out The flowers I wanted and the company that will be doing them and what we needed. My bridesmaids picked out the colors of the dress they want but they haven’t picked out the style dress they want yet. My mom and his mom still need to pick out their dresses as well. And my dad and his mom‘s boyfriend need to pick out their tuxes as well. I need to work on centerpieces I have a few ideas but I’m not sure what I wanna do yet. I have a few preliminary ideas for seating but I don’t have a final seating chart yet. We both have registered at various places for gifts so hopefully we get some of those as well. We also have ideas for the party favors which are little maple syrup up bottles but haven’t chosen a company to do it yet. Still need to figure out decorations and what not. We both decided what we wanted to give the bridesmaids and the groomsmen for their gifts but we need to purchase them and then we need to decide what we want to give both of our parents as their gifts as well. I think other than that we are all set I could be missing a bunch more it’s a lot and it’s very overwhelming. Plus I’m dealing with a lot of drama and stress with in the planning with my bridesmaids and the groomsmen and my parents as well. It’s a lot. I’m literally about to elope LOL. Honestly can’t wait till it’s all over I just want to be married to my best friend. Can’t believe it’s only 219 days which is just over 7 months!

Forgot that we booked our officiant; it’s a pastor from my church. We are undergoing couples counseling prior to him marrying us. Obviously we need to fill out the forms and what not prior to him doing so as well. And my bridesmaid is going to do my hair and make up so I want to thing I have to worry about. Still need to figure out accessories for my dress i.e. jewelry and shoes. I know I don’t want heels. I know what kind of hairstyle and make up I want we’re just gonna do some trials to figure out what I actually like. I bought some beautiful hairpins so we’ll see if we can incorporate those in as well.

Me!!! Venue and Dj secured. Florist/Decor contract is scheduled to be signed this Saturday but I might see about pushing it off for a week or two.

I’m way behind all of you ladies! Full blown anxiety lol! We booked our venue the beginning of March. Thankfully they are the caterer, bartenders, and there is a small chapel so we are getting married on the venue site. Wedding date is 10/04/2020

New wedding date of 10/4/20! We were supposed to be getting married this weekend, but with Covid-19 we had to postpone. Honestly we couldn’t be happier, we Love October! We already have everything done pretty much, but now depending on guest count, I’ll have to buy table decor, such as little pumpkins, candles, etc for the new season (spring to autumn).

So we’ve stopped planing till we can figure it out but our back up plan is to get married in a private ceremony and do the big ceremony later but still need to wait to see what happens....

We are staying hopeful it will still happen- it’s a destination wedding in Nashville! Hoping to see some venues start to have weddings this summer. Right now we don’t have a backup plan.

So has anyone getting married on 10/4 decided to postpone? We are debating, hoping to decide by August... sooo stressful!

We were originally going to go to VT for our wedding, but we are just worried because I'm a CNA and we have too many people we don't want to risk exposing if this second wave is going to hit us hard.
