Couples getting married on September 10, 2021

It is really cool that Wedding Wire has that feature set up, it would be even better if that message went only to the people with that date. Sadly that is not my date but the planning is going good for me and I hope it is for you as well!

Hey! I’m getting married on that day. Planning is going well— I feel like we have all the major bases covered. We got engaged at the end of April this year so we’ve been making decisions quickly.


3 months now— feels so far away and yet so close! How about for you?

All is pretty much set except for picking up all the alcohol. I’m finishing my centerpieces right now which is good and my fiancé has to get his outfits all picked out still of course 🙄 and then the worst part left is paying the rest off 😭 I’m so nervous and excited and overwhelmed hahaa

Its going as well as it can be over here! Almost all vendors are booked, most of them paid off already! Whoohoo! But, my venue decided this past week they no longer cater events so now I am stuck finding a caterer last minute!! Talk about stress!

Going well! Feeling pretty well planned and yet still have so much to do!

Hi all! I’m also getting married on September 10, 2021. I feel good with our progress but I need to design and order our invites and our cake(s). Are you all prepared with invites already?? My soon to be sister in law said I should’ve got them a while ago so that’s stressing me out. I just wanted to make sure our timeline and details were sorted out beforehand. Otherwise, most of our to-do’s are crossed off! Just have some small things, like candles for our centerpieces, photos for our memory table, and vows need to be finished!

View Quoted Comment Thank you! I needed to hear that. The lead times on paper products haven’t been too bad so I wasn’t stressed until she said that! I’m stressed about making sure I have all of the right parts and pieces to the invite, like the hotel block info. I am thinking about doing an RSVP through our website as well just for another option.

I’m wondering if I should still do a paper option though just in case. I’ve been thinking way too much into every little detail 😂

Hi ! My husband and I eloped April 2020 because of the pandemic but are having a vow renewal/reception ! Excited to feel like a bride ! Planning is going well, dress alterations are this week. Invites should be coming in later this week and I’ll mail them out. Our website is through Zola so I already added our guest list so they can RSVP online. Now I just have to run to Michael’s to get my decorations to DIY. My altar is going to have garland across the top and floral hoops hanging from it. We just booked our photographer yesterday. As for catering, we are having Chipotle cater ! Haha. Now it’s the fun stuff, like jewelry and bridesmaid gifts and decorations !

View Quoted Comment Since you said you already received the invites, you might as well send up just as a second option! I’m thinking about doing both. I just know online only won’t go 100% smoothly and if I was a wedding guest without a hard copy invite, I would forget to look online haha

( I wanted to elope) but my fiancé is the one that wants to do the whole shabang! So I definitely understand trying to do everything quickly and yet yes feels so far way

Very simple, nothing crazy. And yes my extra bedroom is filled everywhere with wedding stuff, tucked in and under anything I could to fit it. Now hopefully I don’t forget any of it there when the day comes 😂😭

Hey date buddy! It’s going really well for us now! This is our second date (covid 👎🏼) how’s it going for you? We were on the fence about pick a Friday as opposed to a weekend day but we have had way more people rsvp than decline!
