    Definitely nail down a budget with your fiancé. Only count the money you have in your possession. If you are expecting funds from family then Never count on family's money until they given you the cash or transferred it to your account.

    Many have had horror stories where they signed a contract and put down a deposit after relatives verbally promised them money only to be left with a venue they couldn't afford when the relative's promise fell through.

    Yeah our families arent paying for any of it were paying for it all because our families don't get along to well.
