Couples Shower vs Bridal Shower?

They are definitely a trend now! I wouldn't say that there really is any pros/cons I think its more of a preference type thing. With a couples shower both partners get to enjoys gifts and be showered. Obviously for a bridal shower it is usually only the bride. I love couples showers.

I’ve heard of stock the bar themed showers and I kinda wanna do this for my shower! Mine won’t be coed since my fiancé doesn’t wanna be apart of a shower which is totally fine but this theme is really cute for a coed shower! People can gift different alcohols or bar related gifts! My fiancé used to be a bar manager and so we’re really into cocktails and we have a lot of bar related gifts on our registry so this will be perfect and fun!

Everyone we know that has gotten married before us have had couple's showers and we LOVE them. Of course they also had bridal showers with just females invited, but we like the idea of a couple's shower because both the bride and groom get to experience being celebrated.

Like Bride2Be mentioned, 'Stock The Bar' themed couples showers are pretty popular, and fun!
