Cover-up Ideas!

So my FH and I are getting married at a zoo. The same zoo we met/I used to work at.

The area we’re getting married at was recently updated so I have never seen a ceremony here and am at a loss on hiding one piece.

In the picture at the end of the pergola they have a small water feature that moves around a sculpture/metal work piece of their logo.

It’s right at the end and would be in the backdrop of all our ceremony photos, so I super hate it and told our venue coordinator as much.

I get it, branding and all that, but such poor planning for anyone getting married out there.
I’ve toyed with doing a macramé piece to hide the logo or trying to create a wall of origami dragons (because dnd theme) but I’m at a loss and would love some other suggestions.

We’re getting married after hours so the jungle gym thing isn’t a worry for me at all.Cover-up Ideas! 1

You may be able to do some kind of drapery or flowers on that wall in the back? Other than that, I'd be stumped too

We'll probably have to hang something from the pergola rather than over the rock, but that's a good idea too!

I feel like you/spouse and the officiant would probably "hide" the logo just from standing there.

String lights hanging from the structure would pull the logo out of focus. I don't think anyone would notice it.

I think I would be more worried about the play structure than the water feature. I think drapery around it could hide both

We had hotel room windows that were in our backdrop. My florist did a few things to hide/minimize them with tropical greenery and placing a floral chuppah several feet in front. Here are photos to help visualize and this may do the trick! My florist also drew the eyes elsewhere with florals. Hope this helps ❤️

You can rent a big backdrop, which is pretty much a standalone wall. Or hide it with drapery

I don't think it would be too difficult to hide, but it might get expensive. I would consider just installing a backdrop of some kind - a flower wall, drapery, wooden room divider, etc - and decorating it to your tastes.
