I am having my reception at a firehall. There are not one, but TWO dark green bingo boards. Some DIY ideas for covering them would be appreciated.

You can cover the entire wall with clear Christmas lights in sheer white fabric rather than the board itself

I do not. I am planning from states away. The only reason I have seen them is through a video tour that the coordinator had with me.

I see. Well without seeing the placement of the boards or their size, I can only give a general solution. You can hire a rental company to fully drape the 4 walls of your venue. Otherwise trying to camouflage only the boards will probably bring extra attention to them.
