My wedding is March 29th and it’s local. My guests are at 135 and so far no one has canceled, and no one is coming by air. We also have honeymoon planned the day after in Cancun Mexico at a resort. I am just so so sad, frustrated and anxious about what will happen with my wedding day. Like what if this gets even worse in the next 3 weeks, and the venue cancels my wedding. We’ve planned this for 13 months and I’m just so discouraged.
What are other brides doing?

Just keep your head up and if it has to be postponed as upsetting as it is your special day will come. I spent 13 months planning my wedding as a Las Vegas Local and my wedding day has been postponed from April to July so i understand the frustration

After mildly freaking out on the day the the gathering limitations were posted, I contacted my location and my planner who both calmed me down by assuring me that if my date has to change, we can change it without penalties.

I'll contact every else in a few days...

What are you doing about your honeymoon? My wedding was supposed to be on the 26th but I cancelled it. We are planning for Cancun that night, but I’m not sure if we’ll be able to go or not.

Mine Is next week the 27th we have invited 127 people we are down to 70 and declining. Our saving grace is that the venue, the photographer and the bakery still has not canceled not sure about the DJ. Getting lots of gray hair at the moment and I have reached my peak on anxiety levels.

My FH and I made the decision to postpone our wedding on 4/25/2020. My bridal shower 3/28 /2020 was postponed until further notice. Not sure when all this will pass but to even try and choose another date is so stressful.
Our wedding date is our 5 years anniversary and now we are looking into a summer wedding possibly or even until next year.
We are thinking of just doing a small ceremony with just immediate family but even then we are more than 10.

Ohhh crap girl...I hate to tell you this, but my cousin and her husband just got back from Vegas. They were going to stay at the bellagio, but it closed so everyone had to leave. Same with casinos. They ended up just coming right back home. ☹ this really sucks, I'm so sorry. I hope your venue doesn't cancel at least. Have guests look for airbnbs instead of hotels!

I’m in a similar situation. We are in very early stages of planning saw a venue that we loved and fit our budget. Set a tentative date but wanted to discuss a little more before signing contract. Now with everything going on and events getting canceled now I was concerned about losing date. He says everything will be ok. I’m not as far along as you but feel your frustration
